Product Development Engineer

Your qualities as a Product development engineer

You are a senior product development engineer and are ready for a new commitment. With all the experience to bring along you are able to convince customers and end-users of the technical advantages of TenCate products.

Education & qualifications:

• a Bachelor or Master degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar;
• a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience;
• experience with product development within an industrial organization;
• preferably familiar with the Stage Gate-model for new product development;
• you speak fluently English and preferably also Dutch.

Characteristics:

• you are innovative, creative and result oriented;
• you are a team player and work corporative and consultative;
• planning & organization are one of your strong skills;
• you are analytically set;
• you are willing to learn;
• you can be persuasive when needed and you can exert influence.paf
