FAQ

• Who covers the hotel costs?

  We’re happy to cover hotel costs upon request. Please let us know in advance so we can inform the hotel that the costs will be taken care of.

   Of course, we’re also happy to assist you with booking a hotel – even in cases where the costs cannot be covered due to compliance reasons.

   

• How do I organise a transfer from the train station or elsewhere?

  If you’re not travelling by car and need a transfer from the train station to the hotel, the event venue, or another location, please get in touch with your contact person.

  We’ll ensure your transfer is arranged quickly and smoothly.

• Do I have to take part in the practical session?

  A valid medical examination certifying your fitness to use self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), in accordance with your national regulations, is required for active involvement in the practical session.

   Alternatively, you’re welcome to attend just the in-depth theory session and observe the live exercises from a safe distance. Even without active participation, we’d be delighted to welcome you to the event.
