Your key responsibilities:
- Translate commercial needs into product development targets.
- Directing development projects (laboratory experiments, pilot and production scale) in close collaboration with product management, production and technology that will lead to successful product commercialisation. Due to the complexity of the technology, innovative approaches might be required.
- Give content to and provide technical sales trainings.

What we ask:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 5 – 10 years experience
- Experience with product development within an industrial organization
- Languages; Dutch (preferred) an English (must)
